Ted is a Certified Design Specialist through the Supportworks International Training Program. Ted will answer any questions you have, as well as help provide peace of mind regarding your project. Ted believes that his friendly demeanor and active listening skills are the key to providing a “Wow” customer experience. Ted strives to provide complete peace of mind and confidence that job will be done right. Ted resides in Cortland, NY. He has a business degree from SUNY Oswego. Ted is a member of the SUNY Oswego Men’s Lacrosse Team Hall of Fame.
